Great customer service. DIY dog bath is great and huge back relief. Great that we can return anything if it isn’t what we were looking for.
We shop at Royal and Preston location in Dallas. They are always so helpful in product suggestions. We have never had any issues and even use the self-serve dog bath area from time to time.
They are always so quick to help with any questions I have and I love purchasing our dogs food from there!!
The team at Preston Royal is always super knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly kind.
