Always a wonderful experience at this location. They always offer to carry my 30+ pounds of dog food to my car and for that I will be forever grateful:)

We shop at Royal and Preston location in Dallas. They are always so helpful in product suggestions. We have never had any issues and even use the self-serve dog bath area from time to time.
