Great customer service. DIY dog bath is great and huge back relief. Great that we can return anything if it isn’t what we were looking for.

We shop at Royal and Preston location in Dallas. They are always so helpful in product suggestions. We have never had any issues and even use the self-serve dog bath area from time to time.

I think your store is adequate and employs are very helpful but, the parking and access to your store is awful.
