I miss the young ladies that worked there for several years, they knew my name, my animals, and what I purchased every time, plus they would walk with me to get my products and just talk to me. Now the employees stand behind the counter and do not interact unless asked a question.

I can honestly say this is the first pet store that I truly trust opinions and guidance on my pets! Backed by products and quality you can Count on love the Camp Bowie store that I use we are indigo is the manager they are also friendly and caring.

Best customer service. My Otter is having skin issues and is on meds. They helped me choose a oil supplement and new food to try. Even told me how to incorporate the new food into his diet.
