Best customer service. My Otter is having skin issues and is on meds. They helped me choose a oil supplement and new food to try. Even told me how to incorporate the new food into his diet.

The staff is always so friendly and so knowledgeable! Months ago when they were open with no air condition they still remained as friendly and helpful as the normally are. I get grumpy when I am hot, but they still had smiles on their faces.
