You were out of the food we needed for our dogs, Shea recommended same day delivery from another location. She helped me order online to beat the 6:00 cut off time & then followed up to make sure I placed the order in time. She called the other location to make sure they would deliver same day & followed up to make sure that happened. The customer service was above and beyond! Exceptional ! Thank you !

Every time I walk in I’m greeted. They always ask if I need help finding anything. They make good recommendations and offer to look up product at another location if they are out. I enjoy shopping at Hollywood Feed!
