Friendly Helpful and USEFUL STAFF I visited the store almost a week ago and purchased 2 toys for my baby! I am saddened that my baby has RIPPED THE STITCHING FROM HER TOY!! I called the store today to ask about return policy and again was welcomed with a bright smile thru thru the phoneš„° I asked and was told - we will accept any toy for refund or exchange IF ITās STILL WHOLE (not her exact words but u get it right) She added any toy not in its ORIGINAL FORM cannot be accepted and is considered as LIKABLEš¤¦š½āāļøš¤¦š½āāļø ...Ā read more
