Your staff is always helpful. This time when you didn't have the exact product I was looking for in stock, I bought a case of a similar product. You assured me that if my pets didn't like this different product, I could exchange the rest of the case for the product I wanted. That probably won't happen though, as this new product has been accepted!Â
