It was excellent! I am from out of town and you were able to tell me what I bought the last time I was in town! My dog loves the baked treats!

PLEASE READ: I had the true pleasure of meeting Caroline at the store at Haynes Br. & Old AL. She was so kind. We just had to put one of our 2 dogs down and I was a hot mess. I was there to get a few cans of wet food for our other dog, (who actually needs Prozac for a bit) and she was so sweet and of course yada yada of the products… Yes! All of that and way more important, she saw me (the “Real Paula” 😉) grieving and quite frankly, made me feel better. So that’s my review. Your staff is always helpful. This time when you didn't have the exact product I was looking for in stock, I bought a case of a similar product. You assured me that if my pets didn't like this different product, I could exchange the rest of the case for the product I wanted. That probably won't happen though, as this new product has been accepted!
