First of all, the staff my pup & I encountered the entire duration of our visit were all awesome and very helpful no matter what we were there for. We enjoyed being there looking at everything while waiting for a nail trim. Jessie, who did the nail trim was wonderful not only with my pup but also in answering the questions I had.

Always a major trip to HWF, just need one closer to home. Very helpful staff in the Crabapple and Woodstock locations though.

This is the most wonderful store. Everyone really cares. They have helped find a diet for my Lady baby that finally works! No more bald sides & a very happy tummy.

That store always smells too good for just pet food. And they DO have the best doggie treats n great prices with knowledgeable staff to assist. Great trip every time. Maybe we should bring our dog with us next time?!...
