Too many emails
Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Normally it's great but I went in twice over the weekend to get 'poop' bags WITH HANDLES and the young man (obviously new) said he didn't think you carry them. I've been buying them there for months. Went back on Monday to see if you had them in and he said 'I don't believe we've ever had them"! And guess what, there they were in the spot that was empty on Saturday. Shouldn't this guy know your products and if not, don't just guess, FIND OUT!

Excellent custom service. But I just learned on Jan. 23 that you will no longer carry Holistic brand dog food. Best dog food ever. I love the convenience and customer service at HF but I may have to switch to Chewy.com because they continue to sell Holistic brand . Please reconsider your decision to stop selling Holistic. I’ll miss all the pleasant employees at HF.

The discontinuation of Holistic Select is based on the manufacturer, not Hollywood Feed. Due to high demand and not able to keep up along with low supply of ingredients the manufacturer of Holistic Select will no longer make it.
