Excellent custom service. But I just learned on Jan. 23 that you will no longer carry Holistic brand dog food. Best dog food ever. I love the convenience and customer service at HF but I may have to switch to Chewy.com because they continue to sell Holistic brand . Please reconsider your decision to stop selling Holistic. I’ll miss all the pleasant employees at HF.

Due to high demand and not able to keep up along with low supply of ingredients the manufacturer of Holistic Select will no longer make it. Customer service is alway top notch. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but never pushy. Also it’s nice that they’re always willing to carry the heavy dog bags to the car.
