They are always personable and very helpful. If you need help getting your goodies to your car they always will help you! Great group of people.

I always have such a pleasant experience at this store! I will never go anywhere else. Every employee is so helpful, attentive, and makes sure you’re satisfied. Rusty is the absolute best! She’s helped me so many times and given me advice and tips for my dogs. Love this store!!

I rescued a lab retriever pit mix from Plano Animal shelter and had my first encounter at the Plano location. Ziva and I were immediately greeted and taken care of. The prosper location is my closest location to home. The great customer service and relationship was continued at this location. Rusty was the first employee I met that has gone above and beyond for Ziva and I. Everyone at that location I have met has continued with exceptional customer service.
