I rescued a lab retriever pit mix from Plano Animal shelter and had my first encounter at the Plano location. Ziva and I were immediately greeted and taken care of. The prosper location is my closest location to home. The great customer service and relationship was continued at this location. Rusty was the first employee I met that has gone above and beyond for Ziva and I. Everyone at that location I have met has continued with exceptional customer service.

Hollywood Feed is the only place I trust with my precious Shiba! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about your dog needs and their expertise is invaluable. My little Maple had what looked like an infection on her paws and the gentleman provided me with all available options and possibilities so I was able to make an informed decision (and avoided a trip to the vet!!). Every time I go into the store, they greet me and ask if they can help me. I'm pleased with the dog food programs they manage so I can feed all seven of my dogs without going broke. I like the variety of foods they have in stock. My dogs also like the toys!
