Best professional help as well as very friendly - they take the time to get to know you AND your pet. The products are much higher quality than I can get at the 'pet superstores'...and made in USA. Highly recommend

I just wish the store was larger to offer a little more selection. However, when I have requested certain items they have been able to get it shipped to them with the exception of Stella & Chewy freeze dried.

I know my two dogs wish the store was bigger so they could just cut loose like a scene from a movie! We do know sometimes things do get left off the shelves when we are rotating product around and trying to best cover the needs of the many while still knowing we stand by every product.
