Friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful staff. It was impressive to find the staff so knowledgeable about Answers dog food. I love going in the store, and so does my dog! It's inviting and just an overall nice experience.

Crystal provided EXCELLENT customer service to me today. She was pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I said i was interested in upon my arrival to the store. She let me have my space to browse but the items she suggested I look at were things i would not have thought to look at (or buy!) had she not given me some choices to consider. Thank you, Crystal and Hollywood Feed, for a wonderful shopping experience! My two Doodles are so happy, as am I!!!!
