Crystal provided EXCELLENT customer service to me today. She was pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I said i was interested in upon my arrival to the store. She let me have my space to browse but the items she suggested I look at were things i would not have thought to look at (or buy!) had she not given me some choices to consider. Thank you, Crystal and Hollywood Feed, for a wonderful shopping experience! My two Doodles are so happy, as am I!!!!
