The moment I walked into this store, I immediately felt welcomed. The staff took a genuine interest in my dog at home and were so friendly! The store has a really cozy feeling that's unlike the big-box pet stores. I'll definitely be back!

Staff and especially the young lady who is the Manager are always very helpful and seem to be genuinely glad I am giving them business which I like. They have provided excellent advice as to what might be best nutritionally for our dogs.
