I come to this Hollywood Feed location every two weeks to stock up and it is always a wonderful experience. There are many employees here are so knowledgeable of the product and are there to help but not in your way to bother you while you're shopping.

Had a bag of Victory dog food that was bad. Our dogs did not eat for 3or 4 days. I washed and cleaned out bowl then refilled with dog food. They still would not eat the food. A friend ordered a new bag and sent to our house. They ate 4/5 bowls that night. The cashier tried to tell me they must have had a stress issue at the house. I said no because they ate the new bag like they haven’t eaten in 4 days. I had to buy a new bag and he told me to bring it back if there was a problem. I used to absolutely love this store and spent LOTS of money every week at this location. Since Rachel West left it has really gone down hill. I walked into the store Saturday and immediately the store employees walked away never greeted me and began unloading things in the store. I have been a few times recently and wanted to ask a question about products but either they didn’t have a clue or acted like they didn’t want to be bothered.
