I used to absolutely love this store and spent LOTS of money every week at this location. Since Rachel West left it has really gone down hill. I walked into the store Saturday and immediately the store employees walked away never greeted me and began unloading things in the store. I have been a few times recently and wanted to ask a question about products but either they didn’t have a clue or acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. Was in on 4/30. 3-4 employees gathered together “chit chatting”, blocking path. My husband had to walk around them. Bag of dog food sitting on floor, half under the shelf tripped him and he fell hard. Only one employee seemed concerned at all. They went back to chatting - didn’t even bother to put the bag of food up. My husband had 2 hip replacements last year and he fell on his incision and is in lots of pain.

Employee commented to us that we were harming our dog brining him in on a leash we came in to buy a training collar we were not harming our dog we have a professional trainer that is helping us the young lady should have not said anything to us we have spent hundreds of dollars over the past 10 years at your store you can thank that employee that we will never spend anymore money at Hollywood feed

I find it very disturbing that POLICE & EMS can receive a 10% discount however ACTIVE/RETIRED MILITARY can't! I've continued to serve my country ACTIVELY now...21 years and can't receive a discount. I will no longer support a company who doesn't support military personnel.
