I have to say, I was quite taken aback by one of your employees talking to me about why my puppies had upset tummies and she went on and on about my babies would be that way if i didn’t breastfeed them...and then asked if I had. I also was shocked that when I asked about a food under the guidelines my vet had given us, she told me vets didn’t know what they were talking about. Ummmm. Okay then. We HAVE been back, and will continue to do so because our puppies love their food we get from there, but we try to avoid talking to ... read more

I will never go back to this location. Whoever the butch female, she was very unfriendly and didn’t want to answer none of my questions. It was my first time going and it will be my last.

Customer service is always great! Now they have free delivery, however the dog food is about $12 more expensive...so it is not a free delivery after all.the prices on line should match the in store prices.
