We frequent the store on Kirby-Whitten and find the physical facility to be clean and organized and the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Michael, the store manager, is the BEST!!!! He is very knowledgeable, kind & always has a smile. He is doing an excellent job & always my go to with my concerns about my fur baby!!! Please keep him as the manager & I hope he is compensated for doing a GREAT job!!!!
