Staff approached us when we entered the store offfering help. When we did, we got professional help in suggesting options for various dog items. At check-out, they made sure we received discounts (that we weren't aware of) on what we bought. Then carried our dog crate to our car and loaded it. All services were geninuely friendly. Very DIFFERENT from our experience at Petco!

The dog food I went in to buy was there, the employees were friendly and asked if I needed help with anything. They checked me out quickly and took the food to my car.
