Great experience! Store looked AWESOME! There was a mixup at the register and the associate was great correcting the error. LOVE HOLLYWOOD FEED!!

Don’t know the young ladies name. Didn’t have much to say. Was your worried about people coming in the door. Saying loudly someone will be with you in a minute. Just not your usual bubbly employee. Been shopping at that store for years. Hopefully it’s not going backwards again.

Very attentive staff, clean and well-stocked store. This was our first time in and we will definitely be back! Thanks for the new puppy coupons, they came in handy for all of my new puppy’s needs!

The store looks fantastic, very neat and organized. However, there were four people working, 3 were taking care of customers and 1 unable to help due to the physical location of what I needed to get. While I did have to wait the employees were very friendly and professional.

I love Hollywood Feed! Everyone there is so friendly and they always have plenty of people to help. Plus checkout is quick and easy and they have a lot of great stuff!

Staff approached us when we entered the store offfering help. When we did, we got professional help in suggesting options for various dog items. At check-out, they made sure we received discounts (that we weren't aware of) on what we bought. Then carried our dog crate to our car and loaded it. All services were geninuely friendly. Very DIFFERENT from our experience at Petco!
