Great choice of products. Extremely helpful employees. Easy for returns if your pet doesn't like the product. Many products are made in the USA.

The customer service is great! I typically use the same day delivery option. This last time my order was incorrect. But that’s the first time that has happened. Took the item back to the store and they exchanged it for me with no problem.
