always sooo helpful, the bed we bought for our puppy she didn't like so we were able to swap it out and they even delivered it to us. The staff is so helpful.

Excellent customer service... walked in and was asked if I could be helped.. told the lady my dogs issue and she immediately took me to a product and gave a thorough explanation of what was in it and how it might help.. told me that all bags regardless of size were basically "sample" bags cause if it didnt help, to bring it back and we would try something else.... very refreshing these days to have that kind of service.. thank you Hollywood Feed and wonderful woman at the Bartlett one...
