I received a shipped product from the North Little Rock store, and the shipping slip had a personalized note on it. It may sound small, but none of the other shipped items I have received in the past have ever had one. It made me smile. Thank you guys for that!

I’m always greeted when i walk in and the staff always asks me if i need help carrying out my dog food. I’m a regular because HF is a great place to shop for my fur babies.
