The NLR store is my go-to store! Everyone is welcoming and helpful. The store is always organized and appealing. My dog loves the food and has favorite treats that can be lasting and good for his teeth. The pet shampoo is great. I can wash my dog outside in warm weather or use the self-bath area in the store or book with the groomer. The computer keeps up with points on products so you get a free bag of food, for instance, after buying 12 bags. My dog and I are very grateful for our neighborhood store š¾Ā

Always informative if I have questions about products and very polite. Also like that I can price match because I rather shop here than any other pet store.Ā

Great customer service. The North Little Rock employees are terrific. We are fostering a dog and after listening to me about his character and habits, they are so helpful recommending what will work with the dog. I have been especially impressed with the recommendations on things to chew as the dog is an aggressive chewer. I never would have thought to try the special Himalayan yak cheese chew.
