Pet people is my favorite store to shop for Etta and Harvey Bear. The Secor Rd location in Toledo Ohio has an awesome staff!! I have never had even a slightly bad experience there. The staff is not only very friendly, they have always been able to answer any questions I may have. In answering my questions, they offer different options and why one product may be a better solution or product for what I’m looking for. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

the customer service is the best. All the workers are great. My problem is the new policies and hours. I used to be able to mix cans of wet food and still get a case discount. Can't anymore. First time I have ever looked at Chewy for an alternative.
