We originally had a small mixup on my order, but Hollywood Feed contacted me and were fantastic at getting it corrected. They were very helpful and courteous and made a special trip to deliver the items ordered 😀Â

I had wanted Pronto on all three bags of food, but received Nuggets on the two bags of chicken. I am not sure if that was a miss communication 🤔Â

Location ! Its horrible! One way in very little parking your store was much better in the Holland zip code and it was only 25 min away from my location. Now its a 45min drive which is why I wont be making the drive anymore I went to the toledo location 2 and there will not a 3 time I will be ordering what I need off lineÂ

I used to go there all the time when you first opened with your management at the time I think her name was Gina and they all knew me by first name went out of their way to special order anything I wanted but in the last year and a half I don't know what has happened? I don't mean to be mean but the staff is not what they used to be the other staff used to order some of the special dog food I wanted in this staff won't even have it I gave up and ended up going someplace else most of the time.
