Love the staff! But whenever I come to get the food - sometimes you’re out. Especially Science Diet Lite small bites & lamb small bites. I usually get the medium bag. Other than that I’m good!

I love how the team members answer the phone with such enthusiasm and kindness. They exhibit, patience, and compassion in a way that is uniquely Hollywood feed. I really appreciate the ability to order over the phone because of my visual impairment, and I greatly appreciate the ability to have things delivered to my home so I can keep my kitties fed!
