We go through about 40-50 hours of classroom-style training eachthe year to stay up to date on product knowledge, pet health, and nutrition. I wish I remembered the associates name who helped me. She gave me great advice and asked about my sweet baby boy. She informed me if the food I buy doesn’t work I can return it and it’ll be donated which makes me feel better about trying a new product. She listened to my questions and concerns and addressed everything with me!
