Great service
I buy all of my pet food from this store. They are always friendly and ready to help from the minute I walk in the store. Very nice !!!!
Due to the recent Texas ice storm, my 13 year old corgi slipped on the ice. I came into the store looking for something that could help is joints. Aubrey found me standing looking lost on supplement aisle. She was very knowledgeable and kind, she recommended some great products. I was very thankful and had a wonderful experience at hollywood feed.
Though I didn’t catch either one’s name, I received excellent service over the phone from one young lady, and then in the store from another lady. They were both super knowledgeable, super helpful and really took the time and recommend ideas for a change in food for my dog who is starting to show allergies. The service was excellent, I would give them a 12 out of 10!
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Tori did a great job grooming my boys.
