We needed new dog food and new dog treats, weren't sure how to choose, but the associate knew exactly what to ask, and within minutes we had what we needed. She was super friendly too!

The staffs are always helpful and friendly. We never have any problems with the quality of the frozen cat food.
I hadn't had a pup in a long time. My experience shopping here was really good. They provided a lot of guidance and answered all my questions.

I always had absolutely great experience in my interaction with Hollywood Feed store at FM423/Little Elm. On many occasions they went above and beyond to call other Hollywood Feed store to find my puppy's dog food if they were out. I dont remember the lady's name at the store (at 5 Feb on around 12 PM) but she is absolutely the best. Thank you!
