It was our first visit to use the pet bathing area. The girl was really nice and explained everything clearly. We did have to wait for a stall to become available as there were only two working. There was only one apron, but she told us more were on order. Overall, our experience was great, and our dog smells so much better! Thank you. We will definitely be back.

The customer service was amazing. They offered to help. When we declined they very politely backed off. Then when we did need assistance, they were friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what we asked. They also pointed out that we had a $10 reward. I had no idea!
