Always above and beyond from staff. Melissa does an amazing job groiming w/my yorkie mixes and they like going to her.

Came in the store was greeted by employees who helped me out with finding a few items for my dog for Christmas and checked me out at the counter. Excellent customer service!

The customer service was amazing. They offered to help. When we declined they very politely backed off. Then when we did need assistance, they were friendly, knowledgeable and listened to what we asked. They also pointed out that we had a $10 reward. I had no idea!
