My experience started at the Southlake store. When they didn't have what I wanted the clerk checked stock at the Keller store. They had 1 item in stock. The clerk called the Keller store. The Keller store employee verified they had the item and held it for me until I made it to the store. Overall a wonderful experience from start to finish and my dog is super happy with herself ball!

Very prompt in helping you find what you are searching for. They even carry the big bag of dog food to your car. I love this place.

Margie in Keller is so knowledgeable and pleasant!! It was a very good experience I love the return policy because my dog is duck a picky eater. I love they donate to shelters too!!

The person there was very helpful, however they were out of the things I needed. She tried different stores and even warehouse to no avail. So I needed to make another stop to another pet store.
