Love this store. They have way more items in stock than most other pet stores. Staff was helpful and friendly.

First time to visit this company. Great customer service, prices are competitive & their website had what I needed. I was able to pick it up instead of ordering online & waiting 3-5 days or longer. Great find here in Shreveport!

I always enjoy my monthly stock up visits to this store. The store employees are ALWAYS helpful and upbeat. When customers come in with their pets, I noticed they always take time to visit with both. They also take time to talk to the customers about the products when asked questions. On a little negative, on my last visit, I noticed a self check out stand. You really don't need this here. Purchase monthly from Hollywood Feed. Always greeted with friendly staff and always asked if help is needed. Also always ask if help is needed taking big bags of food to my car. Love the personal service.

Kenneth was amazing, when I told him I was a first time pet owner he went above and beyond to make sure I have all the info I needed to be prepared for my new fur baby. He was awesome! I will be shopping a Hollywood feed from this point on!
