Sales people are super friendly and helpful!! They are very informative on all their products and can always recommend food and treats for my super finicky dog!! Thank you!!!!

First time to visit this company. Great customer service, prices are competitive & their website had what I needed. I was able to pick it up instead of ordering online & waiting 3-5 days or longer. Great find here in Shreveport!

I always enjoy my monthly stock up visits to this store. The store employees are ALWAYS helpful and upbeat. When customers come in with their pets, I noticed they always take time to visit with both. They also take time to talk to the customers about the products when asked questions. On a little negative, on my last visit, I noticed a self check out stand. You really don't need this here.
