Very good customer service. Definitely knows dogs and breeds. Explained to customers specifically about products. I go in once a month and he calls me by name when I walk through door. Now that excellent cust service. Let's me know about sales when I come in

First time to visit this company. Great customer service, prices are competitive & their website had what I needed. I was able to pick it up instead of ordering online & waiting 3-5 days or longer. Great find here in Shreveport!
