INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! YES!! THERE STILL EXISTS A PLACE!!! Our first experience entering this amazing store was incredible!! Personally greeted by warm staff. Purchased a slow feeder .. assured at check out… if we don’t like it…. Bring on back for a full refund!! And…. “Bring your furry in… we’d love to see him/her”!! Love this store. Will definitely keep coming back.
