I absolutely love the knowledgeable staff. I would be very upset if any of the current team left. They handle them selves professionally setting a welcoming tone. As a retired VP Customer Service I suggest you don’t micro manage ‘this cohesive group.

People are great. Love the groomers. Please don't start carrying products with toxic ingredients.
