I entered the store but was not greeted by either associate. There were 2 employees standing behind the counter even though one aisle was completely blocked with pallets of merchandise. One associate had multicolored hair, and the other was a large, shorter woman. I was not handed a flyer or asked if I would like to give my email for future promotions. Going to start using Chewy as my go to pet supplier. Thank you.

Took three weeks after talking to home office to receive my merch. Don’t know where the problem was in that situation.

One of them rushed me out the door because I was indecisive about a product with ingredients I wasn't sure about for my dog. She opened the door for me to leave as she said they were 2 1/2 hours behind. Behind on what? Every time I call to make an appointment for my dog to be groom they act like it’s a big effort and are extremely rude on the phone! Will find another place to take my animals! Not sure if the management has change but I have been going there for over 5 years!
