I have been shopping at Hollywood Feed for a few years now (back when it was Pawtique) and I have always been pleased with the courteous customer service and friendliness of the staff. Today my opinion was shattered. I entered the store at approximately 2:00 pm. I believe I was greeted by who I think was Lauren. She informed me the store is having difficulty with deliveries of All Provide food. She proceeded to show me the food that will be replacing All Provide. We have been having some trouble keeping All Provide in stock at that location recently due to issues with our vendor and have been recommending our A Pup Above brand as a temporary alternative to customers looking for All Provide when it is out of stock. In my opinion if I’m doing business with a company that knows that over 1700 animals have died with a link to a product you were recommending then I have a right as a customer to be told that by the person selling me the product. I have confirmed with this person that they knowingly recommended a product to me that they knew had caused animal deaths. Many people think of their animals as family. When I returned the item the individual recommending the product me told me they did not use this product on their own pet. I’m ... read more
