This store was amazing. I walked in the door and the manager met me at the door, asked what I was looking for and if I had been in the store before. She briefly walked me through the store and then asked if I need help. She was attentive and extremely helpful. Everyone in the store was cheerful and welcoming. I would highly recommend if you are in need of any pet supplies coming to this store.Â

Great customer service. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful, even made a few recommendations for a healthy dog food, that I intend to follow up on. I will be back.Â

Lauren, the manager is outstanding! I had a situation with a product they carry. She immedicately reported it to the home office and was sincerely apologetic. Customer Service is a specialty with this location!Â
