The only reason I am giving a four instead of a five is because I feel like you should be able to get a rain check when there is an offer, and the store is at fault that you cannot get it because they ran out

Always so friendly and helpful! They deliver too! We were out of town and our pup was boarding a few blocks away and something happened with her food so I called and they delivered her favorites in like 20 minutes!!!!! Amazing customer service

Beautiful store and great service. Staff helped us find a harness and leash for our puppy. Will be back for puppy accessories as other stores have bare shelves.
