Sharon, thank you so much for your stellar review! Our staff receives 40-50 hours of training each year on customer service and the pet products we have in store, and they are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with our customers. We've opened up much of our internal training to the public, and you can view resources and training classes at hfu.hollywoodfeed.com. We hope to see you again very soon!
The whole staff has provided THE best service I have found since moving to OKC. I especially love the home delivery but going to the store is a fun experience...such a great gift selection.

Beautiful store and great service. Staff helped us find a harness and leash for our puppy. Will be back for puppy accessories as other stores have bare shelves.
