We just came in to get puppy food that was recommended by dog breeder in the area. We were picking up pup that day and needed to maintain his regular food. We came into store and I immediately noticed how nice and clean it was and the smell was very nice. I was impressed right away. We looked for the food and after a minute or so the clerk asked us if we needed help. We told her what we were looking for and she directed us to it. The staff is always so pleasant and friendly! It makes shopping there a wonderful experience. Great selection and I always find something that my dogs would like even though it wasn't on my list!

The employees were very helpful. I needed harnesses for my 2 dogs, so I brought them in so they could try them on. Both dogs lost their minds when they realized where they were, so the employees helped by holding onto one dog while the other employee selected a harness for my bigger dog. She helped me find two harnesses and a leash in a surprisingly short time. I will definitely go back when I need other pet accessories!

Abby is always friendly and helpful! She is very knowledgeable and it's always a pleasure talking with her. I saw the Hollywood Feed delivery car drive out when I was parking-what a terrific service! By the way, Brittany is terrific too but I didn't see her at this visit. She and the rest of your staff are great to talk with as they know everything about all of the products that you sell (features and benefits). You have a wonderful staff at the Madison store and I am so glad that this location is close to my home!
