I love this store! The customer service is great! I have utilized the delivery service several times, and it is always prompt. It makes it easy to get my dog food without driving in Lexington traffic! I just bought a Mississippi made dog bed for my Rhodesian Ridgeback and she has slept on it nightly. They also have a frequent buyers program for the pet food. I buy Fromm dog food.

For the most part it’s been good. There have been a few times when I felt like the employees in the store didn’t really want to honor a competitor coupon, which I understand is your policy to do so. I wasn’t very happy that they made me feel like it was a hassle to use competitor coupons. Either you take them or you don’t, but if policy says you do then employees should do so with a smile and a “no problem!” So the last time I had a competitor coupon I just went to that retailer and bought from them instead of going to Holly... read more
