I love this store! It is super organized and they have everything the big box stores have, it's just less chaotic. Every time I am there, the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Most recently, Katie and Kevin really went above and beyond to get a specific collar that I wanted. The store has a local, small business vibe, and I would go to Pet People before going to any other pet store.

Great customer service. Our Labrador enjoyed your pet bathing room and the wonderful treats we found. Staff were very helpful in understanding how to use the tubs. Thank you so much. We will be back.
